CLASS & TRAINING CHANGES beginning Nov. 3, 2025

Below is my current class schedule:

 

Monday and Weds. at 9:00 to 9:55am  EDT   Pilates and More,  a 55 min core class using various props. (Zoom)

 

Weds. from 4:30-5:30pm  EDT  Stretch and Strengthen, a 55 min. class, focusing on balance, stability, and range of motion. (Zoom)

 

Friday from 9:00-9:45am  EDT Simply Stretch, a 45 min class focused on lengthening and releasing. (Zoom)

I am available for personal training, both in person and virtually, using Zoom or FaceTime.
