Hi everyone,

I will be in Oakland the week of Sept 13th, teaching at Shawl Anderson and seeing clients as well.

 

The classes will be held at Shawl Anderson Dance Center on Monday Sept. 13 and Weds. Sept 15 at 1:30 pm. You can sign up through the studio at 510-654-5921, starting next week. Private sessions can be scheduled with me via this email address.

 

Shawl Anderson asks that you wear a mask in class and you will need to present proof of vaccination. Class size will be limited and we will be in the big studio upstairs. The studio also would like you to bring your own mat, and please bring a Dyna band. I will have clean extra bands to loan.

 

I will be Zooming the class as well. You will pay me directly for that and I will send the Zoom link the night before. 

 

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone!
