Join Master Trainer and Educator Diane McKallip for this fun and informative workshop on building and maintaining strength in the muscles that support us in our day-to-day activities. We will learn exercises and drills done both standing and on the mat. Diane will demonstrate a simple program that you can do at home; printed handouts will be supplied. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor.
Adults of all ages are welcome!

Diane McKallip is a certified personal trainer as well as a certified Pilates instructor with a specialty in working with older adults. She managed and ran her own studio in Oakland, CA, for more than 40 years and now has a private practice in Philadelphia.
