Are you interested in building bone and muscle mass? Looking to improve your balance in standing and walking? This class will incorporate exercises designed to support increased muscle mass and strength work to help improve bone density. Exercises to improve balance and coordination will be included.

I'm returning to Oakland December 3 to Dec. 7th!!!!

I have set my class dates with Shawl Anderson and will have lots of time for private personal training sessions as well as massage appointments.

I will be teaching at 9am on both Monday 12/3 and on Tuesday 12/4. We have yet to decide which class will be ABC's and which will be foam roller, but the times are set. In addition, I will be teaching Stretch and Strengthen on Weds. 12/5 at 1:30pm.

All classes can be signed up in advance through Shawl.
