Foam Roller Workshop with Diane McKallip
Learn how to work with the foam roller for strength, balance, flexibility, and soft tissue release. In this fun 90-minute class, we will explore how to use the foam roller in many different body positions and modes. You will receive lots of ideas for creating a foam roller routine that you can do at home.
We will start with a warm-up, progress to standing work with the roller, and then continue to the floor to work our core. Class will finish with the use of the roller to release and stretch tight areas.
Foam rollers will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own.
