CLASS & TRAINING CHANGES beginning Sept. 1, 2020

Due to the coronavirus, all my "in person" classes and personal trainings are cancelled.

However, I am teaching and seeing private clients online through Zoom and FaceTime.

Below is my current class schedule:


Monday and Weds. at 9:00 to 9:55am  EDT   Pilates and More,  a 55 min core class using various props. (Zoom)


Weds. from 4:30-5:30pm  EDT  Stretch and Strengthen, a 55 min. class, focusing on balance, stability, and range of motion. (Zoom)


Friday from 9:00-9:45am  EDT Simply Stretch, a 45 min class focused on lengthening and releasing. (Zoom)


In addition, I am also teaching two Zoom classes through Vitality Studio in Philadelphia:


Weds. from 1:30 to 2:25pm  EDT,  Bones and Balance


Thursday from 9:00 to 9:55 am EDT, Pilates Mat + More.  For more info on these 2 classes, please go to
